This $1.2 billion design-build project includes a complete rebuild of the Lawrence, Argyle, and Bryn Mawr stations and construction of a Red-Purple Bypass north of Belmont Station where Red, Purple, and Brown Line trains currently intersect. Project scope also includes modernization of the signal system to increase capacity and reliability as well as track repair work to eliminate slow zones.
